According to the latest information, the upcoming Android 14 will come with BatteryManager API and the same will offer useful information including cycle count, charging status, manufacturing date, date of first use, charging policy, and most importantly, the state of battery health. It is also said that the new BatteryManager API is only available on Google Pixel smartphones that are running on Android 14 Beta 2 or higher.
Having said that, a developer has created an open source battery health app called Batt and the same will offer battery health information but the same might not offer exact information.
