ASUS has officially introduced its new gaming router in the market of China called the Asus ROG Octopus 7 and the same features 4-core 2.6GHz Broadcom chip along with 2GB of DDR4 RAM and 256MB of flash storage.
It comes with tri-band concurrent reaching up to 13,000Mbps and that is mainly because of its support for 4K QAM. The latest ASUS ROG Octopus 7 gaming router comes with two 10G ports and four 2.5G ports for high-speed wired connections,
The gaming router also offers USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports along with features including three-end game acceleration, seven customizable lighting effects for an immersive atmosphere, and the AiProtection Pro security system for commercial-grade network protection.
The gaming router also comes with the AiMesh 2.0 technology along with the capability to deliver 1376 Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and 5764 Mbps on each of the two 5GHz bands, with all bands supporting 4T4R (four transmitters and four receivers). It also features eight non-removable antennas and the device comes with a multi-layer aluminum heat sink and nano-carbon coating to manage with heating problem undefined
The gaming router also features the ASUS-exclusive ROG GAME FIRST IV technology that will be reducing latency by 43% and the same includes features such as Mobile Gaming Mode.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest gaming router has a price tag of 4,999 yuan and the same is available in the market of China.
