The Taiwan based electronics brand Asus will launch its new smartphone series called ASUS ROG Phone 6 Series on July 5 and the same is the world’s first gaming smartphone series with the power of the latest and greatest flagship mobile processor. We came across multiple reports about the upcoming smartphone series in the recent past and now the official images of the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 6 smartphone surfaced online. Going through the newly surfaced images of the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 6, we can see that the front design of the device is similar to the predecessor. It is also revealed that the device is having a large display along with top and bottom bezels and the same is also featuring stereo front-firing speakers.
Coming to the back side of the device, the ASUS ROG Phone 6 features a triple camera setup along with ROG gamer branding and an RGB LED matrix in the shape of the ROG logo and that is placed at the centre position of the device. It is also revealed that the device will be available in the colour options including black and white.
The upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 6 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display along with FHD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device is also believed to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.
The device will be powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor along with up to 18 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage. The device will run on Android 12 out of the box and it will house a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery with 65W fast charging support. The company has also revealed that the upcoming smartphone series will feature IPX4 water resistance.
