Asus To Unveil Zenfone 6 In May

The MWC 2019 event is in the final gear to get started. Many companies are going to unveil their new smartphones or showcase their new technologies. Also, some will announce their major plans for this year. Asus is one of them because they are going to unveil the launch date of Zenfone 6. But seems like, there method is a bit different this time.

In the MWC preview magazine, Asus revealed that their upcoming Zenfone 6 is going to be unveiled on 14th of May. The launch will take place in Valencia, a city in Spain. As you can see from the Magazine image below, you will notice that top of the display has very thin bezels and has nothing within it. No notch or punch hole camera. So it means Asus might go for slider mechanism or pop-up front camera this time. Well that would be interesting to how well Asus will implement any of these two setups as compared to OPPO and Vivo. Also there is a tagline which says “Defy Ordinary”, which means ‘ignore the ordinary’.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. With this less bezel at the top, I can say that the previous Zenfone 6 Pro leak is not true. Because that leaked image cannot be of any 2019 flagship level smartphone. Well, what are your expectations from Zenfone 6? Let us know in the comment section below.
