Asus has officially introduced its latest gaming monitor dubbed the Asus ROG Strix OLED XG27UCDMG in the markets of China and the device comes with a 26.5-inch display along with Samsung’s fourth-gen 4K QD-OLED panel and a 240Hz refresh rate.
The monitor has a price tag of 6,499 yuan and it will be official in the markets of China on March 10, the monitor also features a 3840 x 2160 resolution along with a 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio. It also comes with 99% DCI-P3 coverage with ΔE<2 accuracy. The monitor supports VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black and reaches a peak brightness of 1,000 nits.
It also features 0.03ms GTG response time and the gaming monitor supports Adaptive Sync for both AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync. The gaming monitor also features Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) and it supports features such as Anti-Flicker 2.0, a brightness compensation algorithm that reduces flicker by up to 20%.
The gaming monitor also features OLED Care Pro, which includes Pixel Shift, Pixel Cleaning, and Border Detection. The gaming monitor also sports the Neo Proximity Sensor and it will be capable to detect when the user steps away and automatically dims or turns off the screen.
It also supports two HDMI 2.1 ports, DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC), a USB-C port with DP Alt Mode and 90W power delivery, a USB hub, and a headphone jack. The stand supports full adjustability, including 120mm height adjustment, +20° to -5° tilt, +45° to -45° swivel, and +90° to -90° pivot.
The gaming monitor also features DisplayWidget Center that enables you to make changes in settings via software. The monitor also features AI-powered gaming enhancements like AI Crosshair, AI Shadow Boost, and AI Visual.
