YouTube is rolling out ticket widget feature for its tons of users, the new feature will allow users to book tickets on the go for the Favorite Music show while watching a video.
This new feature is a result of a partner with the Ticketmaster. The option can be found underneath any Music video description which shows Location, show dates, time and Ticket information for various concerts. This will move to the Site where you can purchase your tickets online.
Currently, this rollout will have access for few hundred artists and the number may increase in future for all the artists who have Ticketmaster shows in America. Only Mobile Users can enjoy this feature as this has not reached to Desktops. Also, this feature works only on Standard YouTube App, not on YouTube Music App.
Google is currently teaming up with Ticketmaster on this initiative project. We expect the Mountain View company to join their hands with other companies to give out Tickets and also only a few artists use Ticketmaster. This initiative is expected to reach great heights in future as the world has a big sum of Music Lovers waiting to attend concerts live and enjoy their weekends with friends and Loved one.
