Everyone uses keyboard even before the touch phones as the technology grown phones and keyboards improved. At present we are using QWERTY Keyboard on our smartphones and the android smartphones comes with Google Keyboard. How to disable pop-up of characters in Google Keyboard
- Make sure you have updated your keyboard (check it out in Google Play Store).
- Head to Settings, scroll down and find Language & Input.
- Tap on Google Keyboard.
- Now you have to tap on Preferences.
- And toggle the option Popup on keypress.
