Facebook Launches Bounty Hunt For Data Abuse

Into Bounty Hunting? Need Quick Cash? Well, Facebook has your prayers answered. Recent allegations of Data Scam has been too much harsh for the Facebook firm. Making the Facebook Community safe and regaining the lost trust of users this idea has been implemented. It stated that users who report abuses of user data by developers of Facebook apps. The reward program will be evaluated based upon the impact of an abuse report.


According to the Blog posted by Facebook –

“This program will reward people with first-hand knowledge and proof of cases where a Facebook platform app collects and transfers people’s data to another party to be sold, stolen or used for scams or political influence,” Facebook says in a blog post. The post says that there’s no ceiling or established scale as to the value of payouts for the program, but points out that “high impact bug reports” have been rewarded with up to $40,000. Users can go to to file reports.
