The latest Garmin Approach J1 can monitor walking, running, and cycling with GPS distance monitoring. The standard smartwatch features include a step counter, alarm clock, timer, and stopwatch. The display features a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 390 x 390 pixels resolution and the device offers up to 10 days of battery life in regular watch mode or 15 hours when using GPS.
