Garmin has officially introduced a new health tracking device and it is called the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor. The device is actually a smart sleep band and you can attach the device to your upper arm. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.

The newly announced Garmin Index Sleep Monitor can be attached to your upper arm and the device will be offering the complete sleep tracking with sleep stages, sleep score, heart rate variability (HRV) status. and breathing variations.
It does not feature any display panels or buttons on the board. You need to strap the band to your arm to get sleep information. The device features an adjustable band made from a breathable nylon/spandex material and it also features a removable puck and the same houses the sensors.
The device can also provide some popular health monitoring features like an optical heart rate sensor, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitor, skin temperature sensor, and women’s health monitoring. The information will sync to your phone or Garmin watch via the Garmin Connect app.
It will be offering 7 days of battery life and the device will be available in sizes S-XL. Which has a price tag of $170/€170/£150. There is no information about the arrival of the device in India.
