Speaking about the Sleep Habit Tracking, it is powered by the default Google Clock app and the motion sensors of your device to check whether you are sleeping or not and the same will also track which apps you use while on the bed. On the other hand, the Night Notes is another very useful feature and the same will allow users to write down notes while you are on the bed and help users to write down any important things of the day or for the next day.
