The Mountain View company Google has announced Android O in March, and in the Google IO event Google released second preview. Now the company has made the third developer preview for selected devices. Factory images can be downloaded immediately, members of Android Beta program also have the option to wait until the over-the-air (OTA) rolls out.
The latest preview has the build number of OPP3,170518,006 which is for early adopters and available for daily use and compatibility testing. Please don’t forget that it may contain a number of bugs and performance issues. This is also includes the final APIs for Android O and the official SDK developer tool, you can download the Android developer preview 3 in the following devices:
- Nexus 5X
- Nexus 6P
- Nexus Player
- Google Pixel C
- Google Pixel
- Google XL
Also don’t forget that if you flash your device with factory images, then you will not get future Android O beta or final releases through OTA updates.
