HMD Global is reportedly planning to launch the new HMD C2 series and it is reported to include the HMD C2 and the C2P. Today both devices appear online. So let’s get into the article to check out the new piece of information.
It is reported that the vanilla variant will come with a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and the device will have an AMOLED panel. It will also come with a punch-hole cutout and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. The upcoming device is reported to come with the power of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor, along with 6GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage.
Speaking about the camera department, the device will feature a 50MP main sensor with EIS along with a couple of auxiliary lenses (2MP and 0.3MP), and a 50MP selfie camera. It is reported to house a 6000mAh battery with 33W charging.
The upcoming device is also reported to come with dual speakers, IP54 rating, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
While the C2P will also come with the power of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 mobile processor and the 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel. However, the device with offer a 120Hz refresh rate and hits 1500 nits of brightness.
It is also reported to feature a 64MP main with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and the same 0.3MP helper. The device will be coming with the same 50MP front-facing camera, and the battery remains a hefty 6000mAh with 33W charging.
The device is also reported to come with IP65 rating and it is also said that the company will launch in the device with NFC support. Both devices will run on the latest Android 16 operating system out of the box.
