The Chinese electronics giant Lenovo has officially introduced the Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept during the MWC 2026 event. The company is actually implementing a new idea for a portable gaming PC that uses a foldable screen that will be making a device more flexible. The new concept of Lenovo builds on Lenovo’s Legion Go handheld series.
Lenovo introduces the Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept with a POLED display that can change size. When folded, the device features a 7.7 inch display and it will work similar to a normal handheld gaming device with detachable controllers attached to both sides. When unfolded, the display expands to 11.6 inches.
In Standard Handheld Mode, the device remains folded with the 7.7-inch display and controllers attached. Lenovo offers the device with the support of Vertical Split-Screen Mode and this will make the screen unfolds upward to create two stacked displays. The device also supports the Horizon Full Screen Mode and this will make the display unfolded and rotated by 90 degrees. The device will also enable you to attach controllers and it will again allow you to use the full 11.6-inch screen for gaming.
The device also features Expanded Desktop Mode that includes a wireless keyboard with a built-in touchpad and it will enable the device to work like a compact laptop. You can play games using keyboard controls, browse media, stream content, or complete work tasks.
It has the power of the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor along with 32GB of RAM. The device houses a 48Wh battery and the detachable controllers brings more features like the right controller includes a small built-in screen that works as a touchpad. It can also offer information like performance metrics, adjust system settings, and act as a customizable hotkey panel.
