Lenovo has unveiled three new gadgets today. These include two tablets and a smart clock. The first one is a premium tablet called Lenovo Tab P11 Pro, the next one is a kid’s tablet called Lenovo Tab M10 HD Gen 2. Finally, we have a smart clock that will go by the name Lenovo Smart Clock Essential. Let us take a look at each of them in detail.
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro
Starting with the display, it features an 11.5-inch OLED panel with 2,560 x 1,600 px resolution which yields a 16:10 aspect ratio. The display supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision support for richer media experience. Complementing it, we have four JBL speakers, which is built inside 2.5 cc chambers and also offers Dolby Atmos optimizations for cinematic surround sound experience.
Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 730 chipset in the combination with 4/6 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage. It supports an external microSD card slot using which you can expand the storage even further. This is backed up by an 8,600 mAh battery that promises up to 15 hours of life. There are two rear cameras for occasional photography. One is a 13 MP regular camera and another a 5 MP ultrawide angle camera. The selfie camera is of 8 MP resolution. The tablet is 7.7mm thick and comes with a fingerprint sensor embedded onto the power button for additional security.

Lenovo packs in a keyboard with a touch-pad as an add-on, a folio case supported by a kickstand, and a Lenovo Precision Pen 2 stylus. This makes it the company’s alternative to the likes of Apple’s iPad Pro, Microsoft’s Surface tablets, and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S7+. The Lenovo Tab P11 Pro will cost €700 in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and is priced at $500 in the US.
Lenovo Tab M10 HD Gen 2
The Tab M10 HD from Lenovo features a 10.1-inch 720p IPS LCD along with two Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers for media consumption. The tablet also houses a 5MP camera on the front and a 1 MP camera on the rear.

It is powered by the MediaTek P22T chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage, complemented by a dedicated microSD card slot. The company is also offering a 4/64GB version. The tablet is backed up by a 5,000 mAh battery which can be charged either via the USB Type-C port or via pogo pins on the back. One the software side of things, it will support Google Assistant’s ambient mode as seen on the Nest Hub and Kids Space from Google, the first-ever in a tablet.
The Kids Space include Play and Read tabs that feature teacher-approved games and books for free. The Watch and Make tabs feature videos from YouTube Kids, which encourage off-screen activities. In addition, the company will let parents install a Family Link app to control the screen time and content for their child.
It will cost about €160/$130 and the shipping will start from next month.
Lenovo Smart Clock Essential

The Smart Clock comes with Google Assistant baked in. The LED Display on the front shows time, temperature, and weather forecast. It will let you control up to 40,000 smart home devices using your voice. It comes with a 3 W speaker that is built so that you can listen to music as well. Lastly, it comes with a USB port so you can charge your smartphone from the clock. This Smart Clock could be yours at $50.
