According to the details by Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Dimensity 9500 features a 2+6 CPU configuration along with two Cortex-X930 “Travis” cores and six Cortex-A730 “Gelas” cores.
The upcoming processor’s prime cores are expected to reach a clock speed of 4GHz, a 10% increase over the Dimensity 9400’s 3.62GHz. The processor will built on TSMC’s N3P 3nm process, and the same will emphasize better power efficiency and thermal management. The processor will also feature ARM’s Scalable Matrix Extension (SME) to boost multi-threaded performance.
