Meizu has officially announced its new flagship smartphone series called the Meizu 20 in the market of China and the smartphone series includes the vanilla model and the Pro variant. The company has packed the devices with heavy specifications. So let’s get into the article to check out the complete details.
Everything about Meizu 20 series
The newly announced Meizu 20 series features a 6.5 inch for the vanilla model and a 6.81 inch screen is available on the Pro model. Both models feature an E6 AMOLED display and the device is having a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen. The vanilla model features a 144Hz refresh rate whereas the big brother is coming with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The device features 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, up to 1,800 nits peak brightness, and HDR10 support.
It is also coming with an in-screen fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The latest Meizu 20 series is also coming with a triple camera setup on the back panel.
The Meizu 20 Pro features a 50MP main sensor along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP telephoto sensor. On the other hand, the Meizu 20 is coming with a 50MP primary sensor, 5MP macro unit, and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens on the back panel. The smartphone series features a 32MP front-facing camera.

Under the hood, the latest Meizu 20 series is coming with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor along with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone series is also having a vapor cooling chamber for heat dissipation. The Meizu 20 is housing a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging while the big brother is coming with a 5,000mAh battery along with 80W and 50W wired and wireless charging respectively.
The smartphones run on Flyme 10 OS out of the box and the devices are supporting dual 5G, WiFi-7, Bluetooth, NFC, and stereo speakers.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the vanilla model pricing starts at RMM 2,999 for the base 128GB storage option whereas the 256GB and 512GB variants are priced at RMB 3,399 and RMB 3,799. The big brother with the same storage options are coming with the price tag of RMB 3,999, RMB 4,399, and RMB 4,799 respectively.
