More Brands Withdrawn MWC 2020 Event

After many heavyweight branch pulling of its presence from the upcoming MWC 2020 event in Barcelona, now another set of brands joins the league and the fresh list includes Facebook. The reason behind withdrawing the presence from the prestigious event is the same coronavirus.

Facebook, Cisco, AT&T, and Sprint are the brands that have withdrawn their presence from the upcoming event in Barcelona and all of them announced that they emphasize public health as well as their employee’s and customers’ safety as well as a well being.

If you are a person who not follows technology news on a regular basis then many popular brands such as LG, Amazon, Ericsson, ZTE, Nvidia, Vivo, Intel, NTT DoCoMo, and Sony already confirmed to cancel their presence from the event.

On the other hand, GSMA who organizes the MWC event is not in the mood to cancel or reschedule the event but there’s a report which says that the committee members holding a meeting on February 14 to decide whether they should move on with the current plan.

So, let’s wait for further information about the same and we expect that the committee will reschedule the event as we already lost many popular brands from the prestigious event which makes the trend for the complete year.
