ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has officially launched its new routers at the CES 2025 event and the same comes with WiFi 7 connectivity. The company has introduced 3 new routers including the ROG Rapture GT-BE19000AI gaming router, ASUS RT-BE58 Go travel router, and ASUS 5G-Go mobile router.
ASUS ROG Rapture GT-BE19000AI
The Asus ROG Rapture GT-BE19000AI is the first gaming router to feature a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) and the same features tri-core architecture, which combines CPU, NPU, and MCU. The device also comes with the AI Power-Saving mode that reduces energy use by up to 46% and it is optimized for gaming with AI-driven features such as ROG AI Game Booster and Adaptive QoS 2.0. The router also features up to 3,000 games and includes tools such as an Ad Blocker, Tracker Blocker, and RF Scanner.
ASUS RT-BE58 Go
The RT-BE58 Go has tri-mode connectivity, it supports 4G/5G tethering. The router also supports dual-band WiFi 7 that offers speed of up to 3600 Mbps, and the router also comes with security features including subscription-free AiProtection by Trend Micro™ and comprehensive VPN support for up to 30 providers. The router is also integrated with AiMesh for extended coverage.
ASUS 5G-Go
The ASUS 5G-Go router supports 5G connectivity in up to 232 countries and the device offers speeds of up to 5.95 Gbps. The router also supports WiFi 7, a 2.5G Ethernet port, and 10Gbps USB tethering. It also comes with IP51-rated body and the router houses a large 6030mAh battery. The router also includes features like quick VPN setup and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) mode.
Asus ZenWiFi Outdoor Series
The new Asus ZenWiFi Outdoor series extends WiFi 7 connectivity to outdoor and the ZenWiFi BD5 Outdoor features dual-band speeds of up to 5000 Mbps and coverage of up to 2500 sq. ft. It also uses AiMesh technology and the device IP65-rated protection. It also comes with versatile mounting options and Power over Ethernet (PoE) support.
