The smartphone was originally unveiled at the IFA 2019 event along with a bunch of Nokia smartphones. The device is coming with a budget-oriented price tag with good specifications and it will meet the day to day life activities. Specifications of Nokia 6.2
It sports a 6.3 inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ (2280×1080) resolution and 400 pixel density (ppi). It’s an HDR10 supported display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636 octa core processor with Adreno 509 GPU. The company launched only 4GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage respectively with expandable storage option.
In terms of optics, this Nokia 6.2 has Zeiss powered 16MP primary camera with f1.8 lens, night mode, EIS and PDAF. The secondary camera is 8MP ultra wide with an f/2.2 lens. Lastly, the third one has 5MP depth sensor with Zeiss’s three different portrait styles. It can record 4K videos as well. In the front, there’s an 8MP camera with an f/2.0 lens. Interestingly this front camera can also do Pixel binning.
This phone runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box with stock Android. Nokia says that they will soon upgrade it to Android 10, and as it’s an Android One device it will get 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security patches. It packs in a 3500mAh battery with standard 10W charging. There’s a fingerprint sensor at the back as well. For connectivity, it has 4G, dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, and Type-C port.
