Oppo is gearing up to launch the new Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in China on October 16 and both devices will come with the power of the Dimensity 9500 mobile processor. The smartphone series will also include the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and the same will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor, which is expected to launch in Q2 2026. According to the latest information, the engineering prototype of the upcoming Oppo Find X9 Ultra has Sony IMX90E 200-megapixel primary camera, which is a 1/1.12-inch sensor along with OIS and a glass + plastic (GP) optical module. The device also features two 50-megapixel periscope telephoto cameras and an ultra-wide lens.
This might be changed in the final product and that’s why please take it with a pinch of salt. The source has also reported that one of the periscope telephoto cameras of the device will be coming with the flagship Sony LYT-828 sensor. The device is also said to support around 3x fixed optical zoom. The leak also suggests that the upcoming device will come with a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
