The newly introduced app store is offering localized services for Indian users along with support for 12 local languages and a dedicated payment gateway. It also comes with a dedicated customer support team and the highlighting element is that the platform does not charge any platform fees or commissions from developers.
PhonePe Indus App Store is also offering free app listings for the first year and after that you need to make a nominal annual fee. It also features a dedicated platform for start-ups and new app launches called “Launch Pad”. This particular section will be offering better visibility and search optimization, and the platform will enable the app publishers to boost brand awareness via engaging videos.
PhonePe has also collaborated with multiple phone brands to distribute the app store on their phones as well.
