Did you know that you can play Chess game in Facebook Messenger, and that can be play against your friends? Yes, you can without any third-party app or any invitation.
You can play by typing “@fbchess play” (without the quotation) into message of your buddy to start the game.
Sadly, FB didn’t implement touchscreen in the game, so players have to type commands to move the pieces
and a new picture will update with the current piece positions, for example: you have to type “@fbchess e4” or “@fbchess Pe4” will move a pawn onto space e4. For more commands simply type “@fbchess help”.

It is not that super stuff, but a good way to play against your buddies across different platforms, as it works on Android, IOS and PC too. So who’s up for a game?
