Back in last year, the very popular mobile chipset maker Qualcomm unveiled the upgraded version of its high-end processor and that was dubbed Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus which actually came with upgraded GPU over to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. Well, now it seems that the company is gearing up to continue the strategy this year again, as we got a new piece of information that reveals the key specification details of the successor of Qualcomm Snapdragon 865.
According to a reliable tipster Max Weinbach, the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC which will be the octa-core processor and the same will have four cores clocked at 1.8 GHz, three cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and one core clocked at 3.1 GHz.
Having said that, this information suggests that the company has increased the speed of prime cores compared to the predecessor. The tipster also said that the information spotted on the popular benchmarking website Geekbench and the same tested on the latest version.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any other information about the same but it is expected that Qualcomm will launch the Snapdragon 865 Plus chip by the third quarter of this year and it is also worth to mention that there is a report which suggested that the South Korean electronics giant Samsung will utilize the processor in its upcoming Galaxy Note 20 series.
