The popular mobileSnapdragon chipset maker Qualcomm has introduced a Snapdragonew modem and that is Qualcomm Snapdragon X65 which is the successor of Qualcomm Snapdragon X60 which is present in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 mobile chipset. The latest version of the mobile modem claimed to offer superior performance and the same will support a massive 10 GBPS speed. Qualcomm has unveiled its latest Snapdragon X65 with a maximum download speed of 10Gbps and the same also comes with support for the upcoming 3GPP Release 16 specification and the chipset maker claims that this is the first modem to have such support. Release 16 is also called “5G phase 2” is designed to bring such improvements as power consumption, and more.
It is also coming with an upgradable architecture and that means it will offer new features, Qualcomm also announced the Qualcomm 545 mmWave antenna and the same is a 4th-generation model. It features improvement in the transmission power and now supports the full range of global mmWave frequencies.
The company also brings an “AI antenna tuning technology,” and the same will provide improvements in the performances due to the deployment of AI-powered tuning.
Speaking about the availability of the latest modem, the company is yet to reveal about the same but we don’t believe that it will be available anytime soon and it is expected that the company will implement the same in the next generation flagship mobile chipset and the company usually announce it in the month of December every year.
