Right from the launch of Redmi Note 7 a few weeks back, we have an idea that Xiaomi will launch Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone very soon. We have also gone through leaks, which suggested few internals and Chinese pricing of the smartphone. There are talks in the tech community that this Redmi Note 7 Pro will launch in global markets like India, instead of Redmi Note 7. Now today we got official confirmation that Redmi Note 7 Pro is in pipeline.
Lu Weibing (CEO of Redmi) released a poll on his Weibo page where he wants to know what upgrades the community wants in Redmi Note 7 Pro. The upgrades that he included in the poll are better processor, more battery, more internal storage, better waterproofing, etc. If you have Weibo account, you can go to this link and vote any three upgrades of your choice. Maybe what you are expecting will turn out to be true. Few options that are almost confirmed to upgrade are listed below:
- Processor: It’s almost confirmed Redmi Note 7 Pro will come with better processor. It might have the latest Snapdragon 675 processor, whereas Redmi Note 5 has Snapdragon 660 processor. A past leak also suggests the same.
- Camera: This poll has an option of upgraded 48MP rear camera, or another 48MP rear camera. And there are strong rumors that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will have a better 48MP sensor. This Redmi Note 7 Pro will have Sony sensor 48MP camera whereas Redmi Note 7 has Samsung sensor.
- Storage: Lastly, storage is the most anticipated area where we can see upgrade in Redmi Note 7 Pro. Rumors are out that this Pro variant will have 128GB storage version as well. Probably that will come with 6GB of RAM.
