Samsung Galaxy S20 Series Tipped To No 120Hz Refresh Rate

Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest flagship devices called Galaxy S20 series and that includes three devices, we already know much details about the upcoming devices through various leaks and rumours. Well, today we got a piece of very important information about the upcoming Galaxy S20 series and that will definitely disappoint the entire smartphone industry including the Samsung fanboys.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 series was believed to feature a 120Hz refresh rate and with this, the company will ditch the traditional 60Hz refresh rate with its latest flagship devices. But today we got new information by the reliable tipster Ice Universe and he says that the company will not implement a 120Hz refresh rate panel on its upcoming flagship devices.

He further claims that the upcoming series will only available options would be FHD at 60Hz, QHD+ at 60Hz and FHD at 120Hz. Having said that, a pixel-dense resolution with a high refresh rate will definitely consume more battery and maybe the company is trying to prevent that, but still settling on a lower resolution is very sad to know.
