1. Xiaomi to Launch Redmi Note 5 in India:

After getting a bunch of rumours about the launch of Xiaomi’s next Redmi Note device, this week Xiaomi announced that they are going to launch a new device mentioned as ‘5’ in India on 14th February i.e. on Valentine’s Day. At the time of the announcement, most of us were assuming which Redmi device Xiaomi will launch? But after Xiaomi & Flipkart posted some more post on social media handles, it’s confirmed that Redmi Note 5 is launching. Now the question here is, will Xiaomi launch Redmi 5 Plus in the name of Redmi Note 5 ? Or Xiaomi will do something different with this phone? Well we will get our answers soon. 2. HTC U11 Plus Launched in India:

After unveiling U11 Plus back in November, this week HTC launched this smartphone in India. As always HTC is too late to launch their smartphones in India. This time too they launched this phone after 3 months. But it packs some good specs for a premium phone like Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM, and Quad HD 18:9 display. But there are some flaws as well. the first flaw is that this phone still has Snapdragon 835 processor, which is no doubt a very powerful processor but as it’s 2018 this processor is not the latest one. Also this phone only has single rear camera setup, though on paper the camera looks very impressive but the trend has already changed. The phone is also overpriced for what it is offering. 3. Instagram Rolling Out Screenshot Notifying of Story Feature:

Many people on Instagram share their daily experiences through the story feature. In story feature the photos are available to watch till 24 hours. Now some people takes screenshots of those stories and many people, especially girls don’t even know that their personal moments are saved in someone’s phone gallery. Now to solve this issue Instagram is bringing a new feature through which the one who uploaded the story will get notified if someone will take the screenshot of their story. 4. Motorola to Launch Moto Z2 Force in India:

We have seen quite a bit smartphones by Motorola getting delayed launches in one of their major market, India. But seems like Motorola is crossing it’s limit by launching almost 8 months old smartphone i.e. Moto Z2 Force. Yes, Motorola is going to launch Moto Z2 Force in India which was unveiled back in July 2017. Though the phone packs some interesting specs like Snapdragon 835, it will become a generation old chipset almost after 2 months. Also the screen ratio is the older one i.e. 16:9 ratio. Good thing here is that Motorola will bundle a free Moto TurboPower Mod with every Moto Z2 Force. But it will be a decent deal only if they launch this phone at a very aggressive price. 5. Xiaomi Starts New WhatsApp Based Subscription Service:

Over the course of time, Xiaomi is improving it’s customer service in every possible way. They are also bringing some new services in India. Now this week, they announced a WhatsApp based subscription service. This service will be helpful to get notified about every updates from the company. Xiaomi is also testing customer chat support via WhatsApp where users can directly ask their queries on WhatsApp. The procedure to subscribe as well as unsubscribe this service is also very simple.
