1. Apple Unveils iPhone 12 Series with 5G Connectivity
The Cupertino giant, Apple has finally unveiled the iPhone 12 Series, laying the rest of all the rumors and leaks. The latest members of the iPhone family come with the 5G connectivity and bigger screens. This year we have a total of four new iPhones – the iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. All these smartphones are powered by the latest SoC designed by Apple called the Bionic A14 chipset.
The iPhone 12 Mini features a 5.4-inch and iPhone 12 features a larger 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED Display that would produce 478 PPI along with a 2,000,000 contrast ratio. The display features a 960 x 1079 pixel resolution and the refresh rate is set at 60 Hz. The edges are made of aluminum. The peak brightness is measured at 1,200 nits and the display supports HDR and Dolby Vision and HLG. The display is protected by a new technology that Apple calls ‘Ceramic Shield’, which according to the company offers 4X better drop performance.
It is powered by the most powerful SoC in the world, the A14 Bionic chipset built on 5nm architecture. The chipset houses 11.8 Billion transistors and the company claims it offers 50% better CPU and GPU performance and 70% better Machine Learning capabilities which no other smartphone can match. All iPhones powered by the A14 Bionic will support League of Legends coming soon to these latest smartphones.
The iPhone 12 Pro Series comes with stainless steel sides sandwiched between the same Ceramic Shield Glass protection from Corning. It comes in Elegant Silver, Rich Deep Graphite, Gold, and Pacific Blue finish. The iPhone 12 Pro features a 6.1 Super Retina XDR OLED Display and the iPhone 12 Pro Max grows into a 6.7-inch display. It comes with 458 PPI density. It supports the same 1,200 peak brightness, contrast ratio, 10-bit HDR display as the iPhone 12 models. It’s powered by the same A14 Bionic SoC.

2. Poco Will Announce Smartphone Before The End Of This Year
Poco the sub-brand of the Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch a brand new smartphone before the end of this year and the confirmation cut off the rumour which started from the earlier this year.
The Product Marketing Manager and Global Spokesperson of the company has confirmed that the company is working on a new smartphone and it will be official in the market before the end of this year. Apart from this, there is no other information about the upcoming device from the official site.
But a new smartphone of Poco recently appeared on a certification website and this suggests that the smartphone will be the upcoming smartphone of the brand and the same will be announced before the end of this year. It is believed that the upcoming smartphone of the brand will come with a fast-charging capability along with the 108-megapixel camera sensor on the board.

3. Xiaomi Launches Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro In India
Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro features a 6.67-inch FHD+ LCD flat display with 2,440 X 1080 pixels resolution and the device also supports a 144 Hz refresh rate as well. Moreover, the device also has a punch hole set up at the top of the display like its predecessor, and it’s protected by Gorilla Glass 5 on the front. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. In terms of storage, the device offers 128/256 GB of internal storage with UFS 3.1.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T retains most of the features as seen on the Mi 10T Pro from display to the processor. It carries the same 6.67-inch LCD Display with the 144 HZ refresh rate. The performance is also handled by the same Snapdragon 865 in combination with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The smartphone comes with a single 128 GB UFS 3.1 variant.
The Mi 10T the differs majorly lies, is in the camera department. The primary sense gets swapped with a 64-megapixel instead of the 108-megapixel one. The rest of the cameras like the 13-megapixel ultrawide angle camera in combination with the 5-megapixel macro lens and the 20-megapixel selfie inside the punch hole also makes it to the MI 10T. Like the Pro variant, it’s also backed by a 5,000 mAh battery and a 33W fast charger to top it off.

4. OnePlus 8T Launched with 65W Charger in the Box
The all-new OnePlus 8T feature a 6.55 inch Fluid AMOLED flat display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate as well as a sampling rate of 240Hz. We already know that the device will have a punch-hole design at the left corner of the screen and it will also come with 402 PPI pixel density along with the protection of Gorilla Glass. The display supports HDR10+, JNCD of 0.3, and can achieve a maximum brightness of 1200 nits. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with up to 12 GB LPDDR4X RAM, and the same will have 128/256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
Moving to the photography department, the OnePlus 8T will have a quad-rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, EIS, followed by a 16MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and 123-degree FOV. It features a 5MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, a 2MP monochrome camera, and a dual-LED flash. There is a 16MP front camera inside the punch hole. The camera comes with features like Video Nightscape, Video Portrait, Video Tracking, and Super Stabilization.

5. Micromax Announces Comeback In India
Micromax has confirmed that it will launch its new ‘in’ smartphones in the market of India and there is no confirmation about the launch in the Global market at this moment and the company also didn’t announce any information about the upcoming smartphones or the launch timeline but we believe that the company will announce the very first smartphone in the comeback very soon.
It is worth mentioning that Micromax was the second-largest smartphone brand in India a couple of years back but the cutthroat competition by the Chinese brands made Micromax out of the market and the wrong strategies of the brand were also behind the failure after rising to the heights.
