UPI is now the most favourite transaction method in India, and it is also easy to use and very fast. Now the authorities have made it even faster, and you can now experience 50% faster UPI Payments experience.
Earlier, it was taking 30 seconds to complete a payment but now you will be able to complete a transaction in just 15 seconds. The development comes as the National Payments Corporation of India implemented the new technical upgrades and the same is targeted to enhance the user experience and reducing transaction failures.
It is worth mentioning that the changes were announced last month and now it is officially came into force. This will be applicable across areas including sending money, scanning a QR code, or checking the status of a payment. Having said that, the transaction reversals and status checking took 30 seconds but now it will be completed in just 10 seconds.
