As expected, today Vivo announced the most innovative smartphone and it is dubbed as Vivo Apex 2020 which was expected to be unveiled in a grand event in Barcelona but due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the company announced it in a separate event. Just like previous years, the new Vivo Apex 2020 comes with lots of innovative as well as futuristic elements. Specifications of Vivo Apex 2020

The latest Vivo Apex 2020 sports a 6.45-inch with a 120-degree FullView wrap-around display and the same bends at an angle of up to 120-degree on both the sides of the display. Furthermore, the device also not featuring any buttons or ports and the same offers the pressure-sensitive buttons on the sides.

Moreover, the latest Vivo Apex 2020 features an in-display front-facing camera and the same is real as there’s no cutout on the display. And the camera will start only when needed. The company says that it increased the light transmittance of that portion of the screen by six times and relies on algorithmic optimizations to improve image quality.

Coming to the back side of the smartphone, the Vivo Apex 2020 rocks a 48 megapixel rear camera with gimbal like structure and the same will provide optical stabilization in both the front as well as back and left as well as right inclined directions. That’s not all, the smartphone is also capable to offer Continuous Optical Zoom, and also makes the same as the world’s first smartphone to feature the high-magnification continuous zoom. It can also offer between 5x-7.5x and produce images in high resolution and quality.

Talking about the internal, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and paired with the 12 GB of RAM along with 256 GB of internal storage. The device also supports 5G connectivity and runs on the latest version of Android 10 and it is safe to believe that Funtouch OS will be layered on top. Finally, the device comes with the 60W wireless charging and the company claims that it can charge a 2,000 mAh battery in just 20 minutes.

Regarding the pricing and availability, the company hasn’t announced any information about the same but we believe that the company will launch the device by the second quarter of this year.
