Facebook loses its shine for the past few days and users protesting against Facebook, especially #DeleteFacebook tweet is trending nowadays.
After severe security concerns and misuse of users data, Facebook lost its shine. Whatsapp co-founder has joined the protest by asking everyone to delete Facebook.

In 2014, Facebook of purchased the WhatsApp for $16 Billion and then the co-founder of the WhatsApp was working with Facebook but he left the job in last year to start his own non-profit.
However, deleting your facebook account will not clear all the information stored on the data server.
