From the past couple of days, we are witnessing bad news from the tech world as many popular brands have cancelled their trip to Barcelona to attend the prestigious MWC event and the reason behind the negative decision is due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Having said that, the popular Chinese brand Xiaomi today confirmed its presence in Barcelona to showcase its innovative products.
The Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has confirmed that it will send its team from European office and they even have done the needful check-up and found no symptoms for last 14 days and all the products which the company will showcase during the event will be frequently disinfected as per the guidelines of MWC committee.
Xiaomi has also made it clear that the staff who are coming from China will vacate the country 14 days ahead of leaving for Barcelona’s event. Speaking about Xiaomi’s event, the company will showcase its new products including smartphones and other smart gadgets on February 23 at the sideline of the MWC 2020 event.
Well, this confirmation is definitely a big relief to the MWC committee and other tech lovers as we already lost many popular brands from the event.
