After all the rumours, Xiaomi launched the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite, yesterday at the Global launch event in Spain. Well, the company already confirmed that the Mi A2 Lite will not launch in the Indian market. And now today the Xiaomi’s chief of India has confirmed that the device will reach the Indian shores within two weeks.

The Global VP of Xiaomi and MD of Xiaomi India, Manu Kumar Jain has announced that the device will be launched in India on August 8 and the confirmation came from his Twitter account. Having said that, this is really great to know that the device is coming to India very quickly and this again points out that the company is taking the Indian market very seriously. Well, why not India is a second largest smartphone market.
Apart from the launching date, Jain has not revealed which variant of the device (as the device has three storage variants) will be launched and the pricing details.
