Back in May, Xiaomi launched the Redmi 4 smartphone in India which is now budget king and had a record 1st flash sale. Even today there’s no other phone that we can recommend in that particular price. But now it’s been 2 months & it’s time for a new Xiaomi phone. We are not talking about Redmi 4’s successor, we are talking about another smartphone launch.
Xiaomi has teased a new smartphone launch in India, and this smartphone is going to launch on 18th July i.e. a week later from today. The event will take place in New Delhi, and of course on YouTube Livestream. & As you can see from the tweet above, you will notice that caption : “Mi fans, are you ready! Coming your way on 18 July is our next smartphone! #BigIsBack” which indicates that Mi Max 2 is the phone which will launch in India. Mi Max 2 was launched at China in May this year. This phone packs some very power pack features, you can get a glimpse of those features from the image below.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Well we were expecting this phone to launch in July, mainly for two reasons. 1st reason is that Xiaomi launches a new smartphone in India in the time frame of every 2 months. And 2nd reason it that there’s no Xiaomi phone to launch in India except Mi Max 2 and Mi6. Stay tuned with us for more information.
