Welcome everyone to first Weekly Round-up. In this series of Weekly Round-up, we will showcase Top 5 trending news of this week as well as 2 mentioned news which is very interesting but can’t make their way to the Top 5 list. This week is trending for Xiaomi, Motorola, & more. So, let’s have a look at this week’s Top 5 trending news.
1. Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro Now Official:

After getting a lot of leaks and waiting for a long time, Xiaomi finally unveiled their two power-packed mid-range smartphones of 2018, Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both these devices are very different from each other. Except the display, Redmi Note 5 is very similar to last year’s Redmi Note 4. While the Redmi Note 5 Pro is very different from other two in almost every aspect. Both Note 5 & Note 5 Pro comes with new 18:9 display panel. The Note 5 Pro also comes with several new features like Dual Camera Setup, latest Snapdragon 636 processor, portrait selfie, and more. If we talk about the pricing, both these phones are looking value for money phones. Xiaomi has really given a tough competition to other OEMs like Honor & Motorola. 2. Xiaomi Mi LED TV 4 Launched In India:

Apart from Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro, Xiaomi also entered in Indian TV market this week by launching Mi LED TV 4. This is the First TV from Xiaomi in India. This is a 55” 4K smart LED TV with HDR 10 compatibility. It houses a frameless design with a very thin layer of bezels which is noticeable only if we look closely. It is a Smart LED that runs on Xiaomi’s own PatchWall OS (based on Android). Xiaomi claims that this OS is very smart to work compared to all other smart TVs, even those who are price much higher. It has integrated Dolby Audio & DTS-HD support in it’s down firing speakers. It is packed with a bunch of connectivity options which makes it convenient to use and can provide more content to watch. Xiaomi also tied up with many online entertainment providers for TV content, and more providers will be added soon. This TV has already shaken the Indian television market with its price and value. 3. Motorola Moto Z2 Force Launched In India:

After the delay of almost 7 months, Motorola finally launched their flagship smartphone to India, the Moto Z2 Force. It packs some true flagship level specs like Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM, and Dual Camera Setup. But the unique feature of this phone is its shattershield display technology, which makes the display of this phone tough to break. We can see a bunch of drop tests of this device, where it was dropped from a good high and it survived easily. Now I want to clear 1 thing, many of you were thinking that this phone doesn’t have the latest 18:9 panel? So my answer is that this phone is Moto Mods compatible which are made back in 2016 and retains the 16:9 ratio. So to make sure that older MotoMods will not lose its support on Moto Z2 Force, they stuck to 16:9 panel. But keeping aside the aspect ratio, this phone is a true beast for its price.
