After taking many lives, now coronavirus taking the fun and excitement of the much anticipated MWC 2020 event. Many popular brands already withdrew their presence due to the outbreak of coronavirus and now Amazon has joined the league as the company announced that it will not attend the MWC event this year.
The very popular e-Commerce player and manufacturer of amazing products – Amazon has issued an official statement and confirms that it will not attend the upcoming MWC 2020 event and the reason behind that is the outbreak of coronavirus and the continued concern over the disease.
Having said that, LG, Ericsson, ZTE have already confirmed that they will not attend the event in Barcelona this year. However, the committee behind the MWC event have no plans to reschedule the event and they said that it will continue as per the schedule and that means the event will happen on February 24 to 27 as usual.
Unfortunately, the official statement of Amazon does not reveal any other timeline for the exhibition of its new product which it was planned to do at the MWC 2020 event, but we believe that the company will soon announce the new destination and launch the new products.
