Recently Asus unveiled its new flagship smartphone, Zenfone 6 in Spain. It comes with the new and unique camera mechanism and flagship internals inside. This is a good competition for OnePlus 7 and upcoming Redmi K20 Pro (or Poco F2). Now today, the company announced a special edition of this Zenfone 6. So let’s have a look at that.
At Computex 2019 event, Asus announced Asus Zenfone 6 Edition 30. This is a special edition smartphone which is dedicated for the 30th Anniversary of Asus. While many features are exactly the same as Zenfone 6 like Snapdragon 855 processor and that unique camera setup, some things are upgraded here. First, the storage configuration is now 12GB RAM with 512GB of internal storage. It’s more than the highest end variant of regular Zenfone 6 i.e. 8GB + 256GB storage.

Secondly, it will have a 3D pattern design on the glass with a Matte Black color option only, along with Edition 30 logo at the back. Unlike most of the other smartphones, it will have 30 months of warranty service. So that’s a good thing. Lastly, only 3,000 units of this limited edition will be manufactured, well obviously because it’s a special edition smartphone. Rest all things are the same as regular Zenfone 6.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. As of now, we don’t know the pricing and availability of this smartphone, but don’t expect it to get launched in too many markets. Only the popular most markets will get this device. Now, what are your thoughts on this Zenfone 6 Edition 30 smartphone? Let us know in the comment section below.
