Motorola RAZR Foldable – Might Be The First Midrange Foldable Smartphone

If we talk about foldable smartphones unveiled till now, they equip flagship level specs within. Here we are talking about Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X. Both smartphones pack premium internals like the flagship processor. Talking about upcoming foldable smartphones, Motorola’s RAZR foldable phone might debut in the coming months. As of now, we are expecting this device also to have flagship specs, but seems like Motorola has some other plans with it.

A new report from XDA Forum reveals few specs of 2019 RAZR phone along with new RAZR logo, its cool actually. Coming to the specs, unlike other premium foldable smartphones, this RAZR phone will come with midrange Snapdragon 710 octa-core CPU along with Adreno 616 GPU. Though this is a midrange chip, but it’s very powerful and features packed. It will have 4/6GB RAM along with 64/128GB of internal storage respectively. The battery capacity on this one looks pretty low, just 2730mAh. This might get wrong because even the guys at XDA aren’t so sure about this low battery capacity. Expected price of this foldable device is $1,500, which is too less as compared to other foldable phones but too high for a Snapdragon 710 chipset.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. Do you think that this lesser price foldable device with midrange Snapdragon 710 chipset will gather enough crowd towards it? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below. Also stay tuned with us for more information.
