Soon after that, Madhav Sheth – Realme chief of India came forward and said that Realme X50 Pro 5G which was recently launched in the market of India and the global market is already supporting the NavIC and it becomes the world’s first smartphone to have the same.
Well, now the very popular mobile chipset maker Qualcomm has announced a very important fact about the navigation setup and that will delight the users who are planning to purchase a flagship smartphone in the next couple of months
Qualcomm has announced that a new software update will arrive in April to all the devices which are powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and that will enable the NavIC. Well, that means the Indian navigation setup will be available on all the major and popular Smartphones and it will reach a large audience.
It is worth to mention that Qualcomm already joined its hand with the ISRO to bring the navigation feature on the devices which are powered by the Snapdragon 720G, Snapdragon 662, and Snapdragon 460 processors. And these three chipsets support the NavIC feature out of the box.
