The popular smartphone brand OnePlus has already confirmed to introduce a smartphone with a title of the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile processor and it was expected that the device will be dubbed the OnePlus Turbo. After that, we came across a leaked retail box image that suggested the upcoming device would be called the OnePlus Ace 6 Pro Max.
However, now the official OnePlus fan club has reportedly confirmed that there will be no OnePlus Ace 6 Pro Max and the company will be launching the OnePlus Ace 6T.
According to the reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming OnePlus Ace 6T will come with the DNA of the classic OnePlus 6T. It will also come with the striking Electric Purple finish. Another source has reported that the company will be collaborating with Genshin Impact to introduce a special edition of the Ace 6T.
It is reported that the device will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile processor with 12GB / 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 256GB / 512GB / 1TB UFS 4.1 storage options. Apart from the Electric Purple colour variant, the upcoming phone will reportedly be available in Flash Black and Shadow Green colour options.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming OnePlus Ace 6T will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The device will house a massive 8,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging and the device will be running on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 out of the box.
The upcoming device is also believed to come with a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual rear camera system. The device will feature a metal middle frame along with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, an X-axis linear motor, dual speakers, and NFC support.
