With the new system businesses would be able to chat directly with their customers, while WhatsApp will not charge from its users but it would only charge from businesses for using these tools to get in touch with their customers.
It is also to be heard that WhatsApp has joined its hand with Y Combinator startups to test this new system, also the company let businesses contact the customer. WhatsApp taking extra measures to prevent misuse of the new system, and also to avoid spam messages on the platform. WhatsApp is also doing a survey to get a proper idea about how often its users contact businesses on the WhatsApp.
