The company has announced that it will delete all the Yahoo Groups contents on December 14 which means the Yahoo Groups are going to be empty and the company is removing the history of the internet. Moreover, the company has also announced that no one can able to add new content in the Yahoo Groups from this Monday i.e. October 21. Well, that means the company is all set to kill the Groups.
Once the company deletes the complete stuff, you can only browse the group’s directory, request to be invited to one, and, if you are the member of a group, then you can email that group. That’s not all, the company also said that all the public groups will become restricted or private which means the company making things harder to join in a group. And if you really want to join in a group than you need an invitation.
The company allows you to save the contents and that can download directly from your group’s page. I will suggest you to get your contents and save in your PC or hard disk, as this will make us the only way to look back into the nostalgic days.
