We already witnessed for ZenFone 5 Lite and ZenFone 5Z, the company has announced yet another smartphone at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) event in Barcelona, and the device is called ASUS ZenFone Max (M1).
The ASUS ZenFone Max (M1) sports 5.5 inch FullView display with 2.5D curved glass, and having 1440 X 720 pixels resolution. The smartphone is available in two processor and they are the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 or Octa Core Snapdragon 430, and the device will have 3 GB of RAM. The device has 32 GB of internal storage and it can be expandable via microSD card with a dedicated slot.
Moving to the camera department, the device has dual camera setup at back, it has 13 megapixel (with f/2.0 aperture) + 8 megapixel (120-degree wide-angle) which is accompanied by a LED flash. The device also has an 8 megapixel front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. In terms of connectivity, the device supports Dual SIM and the 4G connectivity. The device also has a fingerprint scanner and Face Unlock features to give an extra security to the users.
The smartphone runs on Android Oreo 8.0 with ZenUI 5.0 on top, and the device is backed on 4,000 mAh battery and we know that the M-series of Asus always has a huge battery. Speaking about the pricing and availability of the device, the company has not announced yet.
